CONTEMPLATIVE Practice yogA®
The aim of Contemplative Practice Yoga® classes is to teach you how to decrease tensions in your body thereby reducing pain through restorative yoga. This gives you greater ease in movement.
Yoga Therapy sessions are one-to-one private sessions. We never push you, exhaust you, or ask you to do anything painful. Private therapy sessions address specific physical pain or problems. Each session is tailored to your personal needs. This is not a work out. Each session provides pain relief.
Workshops & Events
We offer special workshops about therapeutic yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga therapy on a regular basis.

This is an integrative practice that decompresses tensions in your body, using restorative yoga techniques that dissolve discomfort and allows you to connect you to your calm core.

Rather than “stretching” or “strengthening” muscles as in other styles of yoga or in physical therapy, Contemplative Practice Yoga specializes in releasing muscle tension.
The practices of Contemplative Practice Yoga® focus on the release of tension in muscles that attach to your spine – both in the front and the back of your body along your spine on each side.
